The brand
AlpenSepp® cheese is made from day-fresh hay milk at the valley dairy Talschaftssennerei Rehmen in Au (Bregenzerwald, 672 m) and matured in our own cheese cellar in Schwarzenberg – after more than ten years of working with the Berchtold family of the “Rehmer Sennhus”.
No anonymous wholesale cheese: mountain cheese from 4 to 16 months, spicy and mild semi-hard cheeses, raclette wheels and limited editions. Alongside them, sausage specialities from alpine game – red deer, roe deer and chamois.
Gift boxes, cheese subscriptions and snack platters bring the Alps to the table – from a single piece to the whole wheel.
