AlpenSepp® edition wild is the game side of AlpenSepp. The meat comes from alpine hunting grounds above 1,000 metres and becomes Kantwurst and hunting sausage, Wurzen, salami, air-dried meat, bacon, ham and ready-made dishes.
For everyone who prefers it without game, the same specialities are made from beef, pork and chicken – from Tyrolean air-dried beef to Kaminwurzen and Landjäger.
Cheese from the Lechtaler Naturkäserei and from Appenzell, polenta, pear bread and gift boxes round off the range – long-lasting, easy to pack and made for the next mountain tour.
